How to create an IT Ticket

3. Then Email: or Search IT Help Desk and it should pop-up. 

Remember This Please!!!! 

Email Subject: Is The Ticket Name for the type of issue. (Name) 

Email Message: Is what is the problem with the ticket. (Issue)
